Doctor for adults with ID named Singaporean of the Year finalist

In recognition for her decade-long work in advancing healthcare for adults with intellectual disabilities (ID), Dr Chen Shiling has been named a finalist for the Singaporean of the Year award. In 2014, she founded Happee Hearts Movement, an association that focuses on the need for better healthcare for adults with intellectual disabilities (ID). She also established IDHealth, a community-based clinic offering integrated medical, behavioural and caregiver support for adults with ID.
